Refund and Dispute Policy – Doctor Vins

At Doctor Vins, we are committed to delivering accurate and comprehensive vehicle inspection reports. Due to the nature of our service and the use of paid third-party data sources, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.


1. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All purchases made on DoctorVins.com are non-refundable once the report has been processed, regardless of the delivery time.

  • We use paid automotive data APIs and tools to generate your report immediately after the order is received.

  • Because we incur non-reversible costs for every report, we cannot cancel or refund completed orders.


2. No Refunds for Customer Errors

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect VIN or vehicle details provided by the customer

  • Changing your mind after placing the order

  • Misunderstanding the nature of the service (i.e., expecting a different type of report)


3. Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe there was a technical issue with your report, please contact us within 3 hours of purchase.

  • Valid concerns (e.g., empty report, duplicate charge) will be reviewed case by case.

  • To reach our support team, email support@doctorvins.com with your order details.


4. Valid Dispute Consideration (Reviewed Only Within 3 Hours)

We may review your request if:

  • You received an empty or blank report

  • You were charged twice for the same report


5. Invalid Reasons for Refund/Dispute

  • Report contains partial or incomplete data

  • Report was delivered later than expected but within the stated 12-hour delivery window

  • Buyer claims unrelated third-party recommendation or misuse (e.g., Facebook Marketplace referrals)

  • Claims of fraud without valid proof, especially after the report was delivered
